What are IQF blends?
IQF blends are mixes of fully cooked rice, grains and quinoa, individually quick frozen together so the ratio is the same in every bag.
Can Seenergy make a custom blend?
Yes. We blend rice, grains, quinoa, beans, vegetables and seasonings in any ratio and hold that formula batch after batch.
Are seasoned blends available?
Yes. Spanish rice, cilantro lime rice, fried rice, curry rice and several seasoned grain blends are ready to use.
Are organic blends available?
Yes. Several quinoa and rice blends are available as certified organic. Use the Organic filter to see them.
How long do IQF blends last?
18 months frozen at -18°C (0°F). Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use promptly; see each spec sheet.
