What does Seenergy make?
Seenergy Foods makes more than 100 fully cooked, individually quick frozen (IQF) ingredients at two plants in Concord and London, Ontario: beans, lentils, grains, rice, pasta and ready-made blends. Every item is cooked, then frozen loose, so it pours from the bag and portions straight from frozen with no soaking, boiling or draining.
Products ship in retail bags (8 oz to 2 lb), 20–24 lb foodservice cases, 30 to 45 lb bulk cases and 700 to 1,500 lb totes, with certified organic available on select items. Need a ratio or seasoning that isn’t listed? We develop custom blends to spec, and you can request samples or see packaging options and quality and food safety.

Are all Seenergy products fully cooked?
Yes. Every product is fully cooked, then individually quick frozen (IQF), so you can use it straight from frozen with no soaking, boiling or draining.
What is the shelf life?
18 months frozen. Store at 0°F (−18°C) or colder. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use promptly.
Are the products kosher and organic?
Every product is kosher certified (COR 579). Certified organic versions are available on select items; each product page shows whether organic is available.
Can I try a product before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample and a product specialist will suggest products and ship samples frozen, with spec sheets and allergen statements for each one.
